Terms of Use
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Ninou app, a baby-tracking service shared within a family. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Account
You must be of legal age and hold parental authority (or be duly authorised) to register a child. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from your account.
3. Family sharing
You may invite other people and grant them permissions (read, write, administration). You are responsible for the people you invite and the access you grant.
4. Health disclaimer
Ninou is a tracking and organisation tool. It is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis or medical advice. Developmental milestones and growth charts are given for guidance only (WHO references) and never replace the advice of a healthcare professional. If you have any concern about your child’s health, consult a doctor.
5. Premium subscription
Some features require a Premium subscription managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation terms are those of the relevant store.
6. “Ninou” AI assistant
Ninou provides automatically generated answers based on your child’s context. These answers may contain inaccuracies and cannot replace professional advice.
7. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the service.
